Nautical Gourmet Atlas (hereinafter: NGA) is a digital platform providing exclusively informational and editorial content about restaurants, wineries, locations, and other places along the Croatian coast.

All information available on the platform is provided in good faith, based on editorial selection, personal experience, and expert recommendations, but without any warranties.

By using the platform, the user fully accepts these Terms & Conditions.

NGA shall not be liable to users, partners, or third parties for any consequences arising from the use of information available on the platform.

NGA:

• arbitration between users and partners
